In one of my previous startups, I had the feeling that I had to do SO MUCH to actually close a customer.
It was a whole new world to me as all my previous experiences as an entrepreneur were product-led.
I was used to people coming from inbound, word-of-mouth, cold emailing, discovering your product → launching the free trial → converting to paid without even speaking to you.
So, when I started to do 2-3-4 demos and the prospect still wasn't sure if he wanted our product 😩😤
