2 years ago, we sucked at SEO.
Today, it brings 2,000+ clicks and ~30 free trials every month.
Here's exactly what changed:
1. We got help.
We stopped guessing.
We hired Tyler, a SaaS SEO strategist, to tell us what we were doing wrong.
He grilled us on our ICP and the content they'd actually want to read.
We built a content roadmap from scratch, and we're still iterating on it today.
He really helps us read our numbers and prioritize next steps to perform.
2. We produced relentlessly.
My co-founder, Fabien, started writing a few articles every week.
Then we leveled up.
We tested 3-4 freelancers, picked the one giving us the best quality for the money, and delegated hard.
3. We showed up — even without instant ROI.
SEO still isn't ROI-positive for us (we've been spending ~$2k/month for more than a year).
But we know it's going to be our next big growth channel.
We're putting even more money in it as we just started backlink building this month — same process: test 3-4 providers, keep the best.
SEO isn't magic.
It's showing up every week, testing everything, and keeping what works.
