90% of startups don't die because they run out of money...
...they die because they don’t talk to users.
YC’s best advice?
« Talk to users. Ship code. »
That’s it. That’s the game.
↳ Talk to users: Understand their pains, frustrations, workflows.
↳ Ship code: Build solutions, test fast, iterate.
Yet, most founders do the opposite:
↳ They build in a bubble.
↳ They assume they already know what users need.
↳ They delay launching until it’s “perfect.”
Reality check: Your assumptions are wrong.
The only way to build something people truly want is to let them pull the product out of you.
So today, before you write another line of code:
↳ Talk to a user.
↳ Ship something small.
↳ Measure the reaction.
↳ Iterate.
That’s how real startups grow.
When is the last time you talked to a user?
