I haven't seen anyone talk about this simple #Performance formula on LinkedIn 🤯 Are high-performing teams keeping it a secret?
So, here's the formula: 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 = 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀 𝘅 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗼𝗿𝘀.
Yes, it's multiplicative.
Hitting targets while fomenting unrest and backstabbing should get you a 0, not a 95 percent.
Your role as a manager is to make sure your team is defining goals and accomplishing them, but not at the expense of their future ability to do so.
When a company is growing, it needs to have a consistent ability to get work done sustainably or else growth will stall.
Achieving your target while displaying good behavior will allow you to unlock « success beyond success », the ultimate satisfaction of a job well done.

This formula is extracted from the amazing book: Scaling People. If you haven't read it yet, I strongly recommend you do so!
