I thought having the same haircut as Adam Robinson would get me to $5M ARR.
Guess what? Didn't work...
But if you're building B2B SaaS in 2025 and you're not following what he's doing with RB2B... you're building blind.
This guy just:
↳ Downsized from 5 to 3 employees
↳ Replaced 2 humans with a $99/mo AI clone
↳ Automated 90% of sales and support
↳ Hit $5.5M ARR — while fixing churn, product, and support in one go
↳ Admitted he fucked up by chasing dopamine on LinkedIn and went back to talking to customers
No posturing. No bullshit.
Just lessons, numbers, and uncomfortable truths.
While some founders raise Series A to maybe reach $10M ARR with 60+ employees,
he's on track to hit it next year with 3 people and a bunch of bots.
That's not luck. That's ruthless focus.
At BuddiesHR, we're way earlier.
But founders like Adam raise the bar.
Not because I want to copy — but because I want to compete.
So yeah, I got the haircut.
Didn't get the ARR.
Still working on the rest.
