I trained 5.23 times a week on average since the beginning of the year 😎
Wondering how you could do the same? Read this ⬇️
1. Beginning is the hardest part
Starting something new requires a lot of humility.
Keep your ego on the side.
Appreciate the pain. Yay! That means you are human.
Be grateful for that 🙏
2. Start minimal
Once a week is better than 0.
Twice a week is better than 1.
Etc...
Don't compare yourself to others.
Start minimal and stick with it 👊
3. Track everything
Well, “you can’t improve what you don’t track,” they said.
It's time to start a new Google Sheet to write down everything you do.
I'll share mine in a future post 😉
3. Strive to be a better version of yourself
Now that you track everything, try to outdo your past self.
If you do this consistently, you will soon feel satisfaction, and it will help you stick with it 💪
4. Eat clean
This one is very simple 🥦
Eat more protein, eat less fat.
5. Sleep well
I know this one sounds basic, but get whatever amount of sleep (6h? 7? 9?) is required for you to be full of energy.
Don't compromise on sleep.
6. Health > Work
While reading the previous points, you may have thought: yes J.Y, but if you take a look at my schedule, you will notice that I don't have time to practice.
Bullshit! If you recognize yourself in the previous sentence, you're either:
- bad at prioritizing (e.g., stop using FB/Insta/TikTok)
- bad at delegating
Which one resonated with you?
Which one would you add?
