It's 2024, and some managers still need to see their people in person to ensure they're actually working... 🤦♂️
The truth is: they don't have a remote work issue, 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲.
Don't get me wrong, I know the pros and cons of remote vs. office vs. hybrid.
I'm talking about the incompetent (toxic?) managers who don't know how to make their team accountable.
If you're one of them, please quit your job. (Alternatively, you can read books about trust & accountability, but it might sound like fantasy to you).
