Most founders think they don't have time to work out.
Too many tasks. Too much pressure. Too much to do.
But here's the reality: If you don't take care of your body, your business will suffer.
For me, training isn't just about fitness.
It's a competitive advantage:
🏋️♂️ Lifting teaches discipline — just like growing a SaaS.
🤸♂️ Handstands force me to focus — perfect for deep work sessions.
🏃 Running builds endurance — essential for long-term execution.
An hour in the gym = more energy, focus, and resilience for the rest of the day.
And it's not just a personal theory.
A study from Harvard Business School found that former college athletes outperform their non-athlete peers in the labor market, attaining higher wages and more senior positions.
Why?
Because sports build the same skills needed to scale a business: grit, consistency, and stress management.
The best founders I know have some kind of physical routine.
Not because they want a six-pack, but because they need mental clarity to win the long game.
What about you? How much do you train?
