Building a strong company culture is NOT optional.
It's where it all begins.
I've lost count of how many people I know who have quit because they were in an unhealthy environment and didn't see opportunities that aligned with their achievements.
The irony?
Most of them land significantly higher-paying jobs in just a few weeks.
Meanwhile, their former employers spend months trying to find someone just as good.
