The future of work is not in office megastructures, but in seamlessly integrating work into our lives.
Companies holding on to the old world must realize that offices are not sanctuaries of productivity but relics of a rigid past.
The era of the traditional office is slowly fading, giving way to an era where freedom and responsibility define our relationship with work.
In 2025, the walls of the open space no longer define where and how we create value.
They symbolize resistance to progress.
Companies that embrace these changes will not only survive but thrive.
